We are seeking a dedicated full-time Athletic Trainer to provide exceptional services to our outreach programs. This role involves supporting various organizations affiliated with JAG Physical Therapy and ensuring the highest standards of care for athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an effective athletic training program for outreach initiatives
- Provide athletic training services during events and competitions
- Ensure a safe environment by managing risks and providing emergency care
- Maintain accurate health records for athletes
- Act as a case manager for workers' compensation claims
- Document injuries and treatments in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate with local schools and communities to promote health and fitness
- Assist with administrative duties and departmental operations as needed
- Manage inventory and ordering of athletic training supplies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program
- Current certification from the Board of Certification (BOC)
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of New Jersey
- Valid BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
