Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian 2 to join our team at The College of New Jersey. As a Registered Dietitian 2, you will play a key role in promoting healthy eating habits and wellness among students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and/or café management to select healthy menu items and evaluate sales data to inform menu offerings.
  • Meet with students to plan meals for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions and educate students on healthy eating habits.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs and events, such as Health Fairs and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and implement nutrition and wellness programs that meet the needs of the campus community.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field and completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
