Position Overview:
As a Program Management Analyst Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and execution of policies and strategic action plans for the Community Liaison Services program, aimed at enhancing the agency's mission related to pipeline safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine strategies to meet program objectives, identifying areas for enhancement and leading necessary adjustments.
- Continuously monitor and report on various business lines, activities, external factors, and outcomes of the Community Liaison Services Program.
- Analyze and interpret data from pipeline safety studies and reports to inform decision-making.
- Provide guidance to senior management on the implications of energy supply, environmental policies, and pipeline incidents, ensuring alignment with agency goals.

Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee the work of subordinates, establishing both short-term and long-term priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Directors and various agency offices to manage public inquiries, compliance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach.

Program Mission:
The Community Liaison Services program is dedicated to raising awareness and fostering improvements in pipeline safety through proactive stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and leveraging technology and data.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience in management techniques, organizational theories, and operational research related to program management and organizational oversight. Experience in evaluating pipeline safety activities and fostering effective communication with senior management is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and influence team members.
- Technical competence in evaluating and applying relevant information.
- Proficient in written and oral communication, ensuring clarity and organization in conveying information.

Additional Information:
This position may involve travel and could be eligible for telework arrangements, subject to agency policies.
