Join Sentry as a Sales Account Manager
Sentry, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a driven sales professional to enhance our Direct-Writing Sales Force in the Northern California region.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our commercial lines of property and casualty insurance tailored for businesses within the horticultural sector. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing strong, profitable relationships with clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with niche market accounts to boost premium volume.
- Retain valuable business by delivering exceptional service to policyholders.
- Develop and sustain quality relationships with various businesses.
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Claims, Loss Control, Audit, Customer Service, and other essential partners.
- Identify and pursue all niche market opportunities within your designated territory.
- Utilize existing customer relationships to uncover new growth and sales prospects.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Outstanding sales and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a remote work setting.
- Capability to obtain and maintain the necessary Property & Casualty license.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver’s license.
