Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients and visitors. As the first point of contact, this individual is responsible for managing front desk operations and workflows, setting the tone for exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Process patient information and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of applicable medical office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
