Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales person to join our team at Johnstone Supply in Knoxville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving walk-in and phone customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone and in-person
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC/R industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in sales software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
