About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with government and education clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the government and education markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, with a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
