Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your expertise in the mortgage market to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Sun West's loan programs and services, using your knowledge to find business solutions and achieve client and company objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and assist clients in resolving loan-level and systemic problems, difficulties, or performance concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and disclose correct information to all parties as necessary.
- Communication and Networking Skills: Excellent communication and networking skills are essential for success in this role.
- Training and Development: No experience is necessary, as we will provide training and grooming to help you succeed in this position.
