Client Support Advocate

Position Overview: The Client Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission of promoting life-affirming choices. This position requires a candidate who is adept at navigating challenging conversations and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. The satisfaction derived from assisting individuals in their journey towards life-affirming decisions is unparalleled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily prayer for the mission of Coalition for Life.
- Schedule and facilitate coaching sessions to explore options with clients.
- Participate in a client management system that includes on-call responsibilities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients through various channels such as phone, SMS, email, or mail during their participation in the Women's Care Connect program.
- Collaborate with external agencies to advocate for clients' needs.
- Accurately document and update client information in an online database.
- Support clients throughout their pregnancy journey, addressing their needs and aspirations.
- Accompany clients during ultrasound appointments.
- Conduct and document medical-grade pregnancy tests.
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, adapting to their unique backgrounds.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions that include mock coaching, peer reviews, and self-evaluation.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and reorder supplies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one year of relevant experience in related fields such as social work, life coaching, counseling, or women's ministry.
- Advanced degrees or certifications from accredited institutions may substitute for experience.
- On-the-job training in life coaching will be provided through professional development courses.
