About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Consumer Product Partners. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales account managers by providing exceptional support and coordination of pre-sale activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs.
  • Pre-Sale Coordination: Coordinate and monitor pre-sale activities, including sales materials, samples, and quotations, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple accounts, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, systems, and tools to best serve customers and the sales team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including coordination of customer trade shows, special events, and retail pricing surveys.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks associated with projects and tasks, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing discipline.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing environment, preferably in Personal Care Products and Health and Beauty Care.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SAP/ERP experience, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.
