Hyatt is on the lookout for a motivated Client Relations and Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of the Smith24 team.

In this position, you will work closely with the wider sales, support, concierge, and partnerships team, playing a key role in maintaining Hyatt's status as a premier hospitality brand.

The Role

As a member of our Smith24 team, you represent Mr & Mrs Smith. We take pride in our exceptional member service, recognized as world-class within the industry.

In your role as a Client Relations and Sales Coordinator, you will perform the following tasks at a high level, delivering outstanding member service.


  • Quickly respond to inquiries from members and B2B partners through various channels—phone, email, chat, and webform—managing multiple queries simultaneously.
  • Proactively engage with new leads and existing members to drive growth.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to members and B2B partners throughout the booking process, including resolving complaints when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a personal list of active top members.
  • Provide a travel concierge service to our GoldSmith members before, during, and after their trips, including restaurant reservations, transfers, experiences, and upgrades.
  • Manage the complete sales and service cycle of a member's journey, including pre-departure and post-departure communications.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mr & Mrs Smith, reinforcing the brand's personality, professionalism, sense of fun, and core values.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to a knowledge hub based on your areas of expertise.
Qualifications:

Experience Required:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar field, industry, or equivalent business/function role.
Experience Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the travel industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working remotely.
