Position Overview
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This position requires prompt communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.


Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a high volume of inbound communications from clients and the sales team.
2. Guide clients in maximizing the benefits of our services to enhance their experience.
3. Investigate client account challenges, troubleshoot issues, and negotiate effective solutions.
4. Clarify billing statements and contractual terms for clients.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales team regarding policies and procedures related to client agreements.
6. Relay client feedback to the sales team to promote satisfaction and retention.
7. Process account modifications, including banking changes and reimbursement requests.
8. Support the sales team with marketing collateral and business card orders.
9. Assist with various sales-related initiatives as needed.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or support roles within a sales environment.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of client communications.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Willingness to learn new tools and software applications.
