Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, consistently striving to meet weekly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain sales funnels to optimize conversion rates.
  • Oversee initial cleaning appointments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Follow up with clients post-cleaning to encourage repeat business and address any concerns with outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication via phone, text, and email.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance lead generation and online booking efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and statistics to track performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide support to the Scheduler and Operations Manager as needed.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:

This is a positive, healthy workplace that promotes a non-smoking culture. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000, plus commission, with total annual compensation potentially exceeding $100,000. Additional benefits include complimentary bi-weekly cleaning services, paid time off, and health insurance.
