Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for expanding an existing portfolio of clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, influencing decisions, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing deals while consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets by utilizing Epsilon's extensive capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an individual contributor focused on driving substantial revenue growth by leveraging business insights to uncover client needs and demonstrate how Epsilon's solutions can support their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver targeted solutions that align with client goals.
- Develop and present customized sales proposals that address critical client challenges and assist them in achieving their desired outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day account activities effectively, ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, and media within client organizations, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with influential decision-makers within client companies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficient in multi-channel marketing strategies, including online, direct mail, catalog, and print media.
- Self-driven with a proven ability to identify opportunities, generate new business, and close sales.
- Skilled in assessing client objectives and crafting communication strategies that align with those goals, particularly in display advertising.
- Comfortable with consultative sales approaches and solution-oriented selling.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
- Solid quantitative skills with a grasp of analytical tools and methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in marketing program design, execution, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
- Effective communicator across various organizational levels.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales Management software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Digital Media Solutions.
- Background in Digital Advertising.
- Ability to analyze data using Excel and convey insights effectively.
- Relevant experience in AdTech.
