POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Physician Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships with physicians, organizing various events, promoting the company’s mission and values, and representing us in the local community.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing new physician referral partnerships (15% of time).
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing referral relationships, ensuring effective communication between Spectrum Therapy Consultants and medical practices (70% of time).
  • Gathering and analyzing referral statistics, along with data entry related to the role (10% of time).
  • Engaging in community outreach through event participation and additional tasks as assigned (5% of time).
  • Weekly expectations for practice visits/contact.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or a clinical background is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of physical therapy principles.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Ability to communicate health-related information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Sales Force, is a plus.
