Ideal candidates are self-sufficient and responsible, as the role involves regular travel to clinics and interaction with referral sources. Familiarity with physical therapy and the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing new physician referral partnerships (15% of time). Maintaining and enhancing existing referral relationships, ensuring effective communication between Spectrum Therapy Consultants and medical practices (70% of time). Gathering and entering referral statistics and relevant data (10% of time). Engaging in community outreach through event collaboration and other duties as assigned (5% of time).
  • Regular practice visits/contact expectations set at 40/80.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or a clinical background is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Physical Therapy principles.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Ability to communicate and present health-related information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM is a plus.
