EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing new physician referral partnerships—15% of your time (approximately 6 hours weekly).
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing referral relationships, ensuring effective communication between Spectrum Therapy Consultants and medical practices—70% of your time (approximately 28 hours weekly).
  • Gathering and analyzing referral data, including statistics entry—10% of your time (approximately 4 hours weekly).
  • Engaging in community outreach through collaborative events and additional tasks as assigned—5% of your time (approximately 2 hours weekly).
  • Meeting weekly contact expectations with medical practices.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or a clinical background is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Physical Therapy practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present health-related information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Sales Force, is a plus.
