A successful Physician Liaison is focused on achieving targets, motivated by performance metrics, and committed to fostering strong partnerships with physicians. This role involves not only promoting our services but also representing our organizational culture and values within the community.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and nurturing new physician referral partnerships—15% of your time (approximately 6 hours weekly).
- Maintaining and enhancing existing referral relationships, ensuring effective communication between Spectrum Therapy Consultants and medical practices—70% of your time (approximately 28 hours weekly).
- Gathering and analyzing referral data, including statistics entry—10% of your time (approximately 4 hours weekly).
- Engaging in community outreach through collaborative events and additional tasks as assigned—5% of your time (approximately 2 hours weekly).
- Meeting weekly contact expectations with medical practices.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in healthcare sales or a clinical background is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Physical Therapy practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present health-related information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Sales Force, is a plus.
