Job Title: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security and safety of the premises.
  • Coordinate with office administrative staff to maintain and update unit owner information in our computer database.
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations, as well as any damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
  • Observe and report any safety hazards or concerns, and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
  • Maintain the key control system, ensuring all keys are locked and accounted for at all times.
  • Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations and report any incidents to management.
  • Call emergency services as needed, such as police or fire departments.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, as well as maintenance requests and other important information.
Work Environment:

The working environment will be indoor, requiring frequent sitting and standing. The noise level will be low to moderate.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include occasional sitting, standing, reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, pushing, and pulling items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations.
  • Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred.
Supervision:

Employee reports directly to the department supervisor and/or the Association Manager of the community.
