Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and process check-in and check-out procedures.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and special requests.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping, engineering, and reservations departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume, high-end hotel is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in computer systems and devices.
