Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Betsy South Beach. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate room assignments and special requests are met.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with room status updates, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, and make recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including property management and guest service management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
