Reception and Office Coordinator

**About the Role:**
Lord Breakspeare Callaghan LLC is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process documents as required by office procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform collection calls to clients
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Make bank deposits
- Prepare outgoing mail packages
- Take letters/packages to the post office
- Keep calendar for conference room meetings
- Prepare conference room for meetings
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Internet competence for work-related tasks
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite
