About the Job

We are seeking a part-time bilingual receptionist to join our team in Miami. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing documents, answering phone calls, and ensuring the reception area is tidy. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Assist clients with making appointments via phone and email
  • Scan, upload, and process clients' tax documents
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
