Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating discovery and scoping sessions with clients, defining optimal project scope and expectations, and creating and defending solution estimates and Statements of Work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients
- Define optimal project scope and expectations
- Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work
- Design solutions using past experiences, business savvy, and creative thinking
- Coordinate with Technical Architects and other stakeholders for technical design requirements
- Provide recommendations on third-party applications
- Manage expectations with clients, Accenture colleagues, and SFDC and other 3rd parties
- Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
- Own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project
- Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues
- Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to ensure solution aligns with original scope
- Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support any Change Orders
- Participate in project status meetings as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager
- Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases
- Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements
- Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
- Maintain and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project
- Mentor more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery, and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location Annual Salary Range:
- California: $93,400 to $224,600
- Colorado: $93,400 to $194,100
- District of Columbia: $99,500 to $206,700
- New York: $86,500 to $224,600
- Maryland: $86,500 to $179,700
- Washington: $99,500 to $206,700
