Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new project opportunities, providing exceptional client service, and supporting account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic opportunities to engage clients and develop new business
  • Research potential accounts, analyze competitors, and attend trade shows to generate sales leads
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in the life sciences industry
  • Align internal teams to address client needs and requests
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients and internal leaders
  • Optimize client engagement across multiple accounts
  • Create and review client-facing materials and participate in client education or change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Life Sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences and related commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in dynamic teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
