Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new project opportunities, providing exceptional client service, and supporting account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic opportunities to engage clients and develop new business
- Research potential accounts, analyze competitors, and attend trade shows to generate sales leads
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the life sciences industry
- Align internal teams to address client needs and requests
- Establish trusted relationships with clients and internal leaders
- Optimize client engagement across multiple accounts
- Create and review client-facing materials and participate in client education or change management initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Life Sciences
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences and related commercial roles
- Strong understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in dynamic teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience
