Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources.
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
  • Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or a Non-Computer Science Bachelors Degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps.
  • 3 years of Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Willing to learn and support Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities.
  • Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, etc.).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Salesforce Administrator, and Platform App Builder Certifications.
  • Experience working in a team-based delivery environment, preferable in agile scrum teams.
