Role Summary
As a Strategic Partnerships Developer, you will play a critical role in advancing our company's ecosystem growth initiatives. Your main focus will be on business development, identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with potential collaborators. This position demands a combination of research acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. You will also represent our organization at industry events, enhancing our network and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
- Proactively seek projects to enhance Sahara Labs and collaborate with partners for platform integration.
- Participate in blockchain conferences, AI symposiums, and Web3 networking events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to expand partnership opportunities.
- Foster and sustain relationships with partners.
- Conduct research on target blockchain and AI partners to understand their requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and explore co-marketing opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including outreach efforts and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency sector, particularly in business development for blockchain Layer 1 or 2.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, especially AI and Web3.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
