Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will be instrumental in positioning CircleCI as the premier CI/CD solution within the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to increase CircleCI's revenue through AWS, meeting quarterly objectives and sales goals.
  • Act as the central point of contact between the go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS.
  • Identify and onboard new AWS go-to-market teams, nurturing relationships to create mutual benefits and enhance CircleCI's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with CircleCI's Marketing and Sales divisions to elevate awareness and promote co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams.
  • Oversee the sales enablement processes for CircleCI's go-to-market teams.
  • Manage the performance metrics dashboard.
  • Work alongside Sales Engineering to articulate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical community.
  • Represent the Partner's perspective within CircleCI, ensuring partner engagement across all internal departments.
  • Drive strategic initiatives with the Head of Business Development to enhance CircleCI's footprint in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving metrics and sales objectives through channel partners, ideally within the DevSecOps landscape.
  • Experience in designing and executing marketing and promotional strategies with partners to generate qualified leads that foster revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects that result in new business opportunities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, and emerging DevOps trends affecting customer prospects.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with both technical and non-technical leadership.
  • Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize resources, resolve conflicts, and achieve successful outcomes.
