Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for assigned properties
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Accounting Operations
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for assigned properties
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff accountants to ensure they are performing their duties in accordance with company standards
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate financial information and analysis to management and other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and complete
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Supervisory experience preferred
