As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Employee Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, providing reports to management as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
