Position Overview

The HR Customer Service Representative is a vital member of our HR Service Center team, responsible for delivering exceptional front-line support to employees, managers, and vendors regarding HR and Payroll inquiries. This role involves administrative tasks and data management to facilitate HR functions such as onboarding, status changes, and separations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
  • Assist in navigating internal resources and HR technology tools.
  • Collaborate with HR Line of Business to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate personnel as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the HR team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
