Role Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for pet owners seeking assistance, delivering information with professionalism and compassion.
  • Issue Management: Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related challenges, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
  • Appointment Coordination: Aid clients in scheduling services for their pets, ensuring precise entry of information into the scheduling system.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our pet services and products to provide relevant recommendations and respond to inquiries.
  • Data Management: Accurately document and update customer information and service requests, keeping detailed records of all interactions.
  • Follow-Up Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:
