Patient Services Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies (pens, forms, etc.)
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Handle all incoming calls, redirecting as needed, and take messages when necessary
  • Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting letters and securing parcels
  • Manage email correspondence, sorting and forwarding as required
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep accurate records and maintain organized files
  • Track office expenses and manage costs
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned (such as travel arrangements and scheduling)
Patient Services Coordinator Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
  • Understanding of office management and basic financial tracking
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
