We are currently in search of a dedicated and dependable Client Services Coordinator for our Home Office in the Orlando area. This role is pivotal in providing support to a designated division by executing departmental functions. The Client Services Coordinator focuses on internal customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with regional and local leaders, as well as home office support teams, coordinating efforts as necessary. The primary aim of this role is to deliver strategic operational support, insights, direction, and guidance to the teams and divisions they assist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address internal customer service concerns and ensure effective, long-term solutions.
  • Execute tasks related to departmental projects as directed by Sentry's leadership.
  • Support division retention initiatives by completing assignments and coordinating resolutions.
  • Act as the first line of support for division-related issues, facilitating the involvement of necessary staff to resolve conflicts by addressing customer needs.
  • Apply knowledge of customer service fundamentals, along with communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the region, managing all issues presented, acknowledging receipt, conducting research, engaging relevant department personnel as needed, and providing status updates in accordance with service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Professional, organized, and self-driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
