Mid-Market Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our mid-market and enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities, from qualification to close
- Provide guidance and support to new sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
