Job Overview

Actionstep is seeking a Strategic Account Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive direct marketing strategies aimed at our key clients. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you will be tasked with crafting, executing, and managing Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives that drive pipeline growth, increase deal sizes, and accelerate conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an ABM strategy with scheduled activities
  • Oversee the management of ABM campaigns
  • Enhance email marketing strategies and performance
  • Optimize direct marketing systems for better efficiency
  • Create compelling email content tailored to target audiences

Qualifications:

This position requires a presence in our office two days a week.

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, specifically in ABM and multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven ability to design tactical marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to adapt between strategic thinking and execution
  • Capacity to refine marketing programs based on analytics and feedback
  • Familiarity with advanced CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach, along with tools like Canva and Asana
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and results
