We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Grants Administrator to join our team at LHH. This temporary position offers a hybrid work environment with two remote days per week.
About the Role:This Grants Administrator will work closely with our accounting and fundraising teams to manage government grants and private donations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables, and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (CERES preferred).
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage government grants, including tracking accounting transactions and updating monthly schedules and government reports.
- Track and manage restricted private donations, including approximately 30 restricted grants.
- Collaborate closely with the fundraising and programs teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget proposals.
- Reconcile various revenue streams with Salesforce and record transactions in CERES.
- Develop comprehensive budget proposals and provide detailed financial reporting for donors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (CERES preferred).
- Proven experience managing government grants and private donations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
As a Grants Administrator at LHH, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive pay rate of $39 per hour and a temporary position with a duration of up to 6 months.
