Job Summary

Clausen House is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our group home for developmentally disabled adults. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients, while also maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care and services are provided to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Residential Administrator certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
