Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Grants Analyst to join our team at the University of California, Riverside. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and technical aspects of contract and grant submissions, as well as post-award fund administration for assigned Principal Investigators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage proposals and awards of diverse scope, performing high-level budget/resource analyses and preparing monthly financial reports for principal investigators.
  • Conduct monthly ledger reconciliations, process financial transactions using UCR systems, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Provide post-award support for extramural fund sources and manage time tracking and reporting for grants with different funding agencies.

Requirements:

  • Current work authorization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
