About the Administrative Assistant Position

Allana Buick and Bers is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our management team and employees. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange events, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, and emails
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Participate in the preparation of regular reports
  • Organize contact lists and filing systems
  • Meet and support visitors
  • Facilitate communication between clients and company representatives
  • Review and update office policies and procedures
  • Monitor office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
Requirements:
  • Significant experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or a Secretary will be a bonus
