  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food production in a high-volume operation
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving results
  • Excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • West Virginia Food Handler's Permit
  • Computer literacy, including basic understanding of Excel and Word
