Employee Relations Coordinator

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Support Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role will act as the primary contact for delivering outstanding HR assistance to employees, managers, and external partners. Exceptional customer service skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate guidance to employees and managers on various HR topics, building trust in HR services.
- Assist staff with HR-related inquiries, including personal information updates, HR system navigation, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions in line with established protocols, including employee data modifications and payroll adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and escalate complex issues for further resolution when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to address concerns while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support capacity is required.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and fundamental employment law.
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
- Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
The hourly base pay rate is $34.02. This rate may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills and experience. Additional compensation may be available through commission and/or incentive programs.
