Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, fostering trust and confidence in HR services.
  • Assist employees with various HR-related tasks, such as updating personal information, accessing and navigating HR systems, benefits enrollment, performance management, leave administration, etc.
  • Process HR transactions accurately in accordance with established guidelines and timelines, including employee data changes, status updates, payroll adjustments, etc.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and escalate complex inquiries or issues for further assistance or resolution when appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal and state data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling employee information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment law.
  • Experience using HRIS and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly base pay rate is $34.02 hourly.
  • The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
