Job Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role includes supervising staff, managing reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and evaluates office workflows and procedures, including bookkeeping, payroll, and information management.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports to assist management in decision-making.
  • Enhances office efficiency through proficient use of software applications such as Microsoft Office and industry-specific tools.
  • Assesses credit information to make informed financial decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Addresses and resolves errors and customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with clients and external suppliers.
  • Implements corporate policies for the systematic management of records.
  • Collects and manages employee information and documentation.
  • Oversees timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Facilitates employee onboarding and training processes.
  • Distributes human resources materials, including training and benefits information.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Coordinates activities among various clerical departments and staff.
  • Establishes work procedures, prepares schedules, and streamlines workflows.
  • Assigns tasks and reviews work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Promotes a harmonious work environment and addresses any grievances.
  • Provides clear instructions both verbally and in writing.
