- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and corporate policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold high standards.
- Marketing and Community Relations: Assist in local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract new clientele.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Oversight: Manage inventory control, ordering, and supply chain processes to ensure sufficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges, employee issues, and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding operational performance, sales, and key metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant supervisors and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management capacity within the restaurant sector.
