Position Overview: The District Operations Executive will oversee the comprehensive operational success, customer satisfaction, and profitability across several restaurant establishments. This position demands a proactive and engaged leader with exceptional organizational and communication capabilities. The District Operations Executive will collaborate closely with restaurant leaders to ensure adherence to corporate standards, stimulate sales growth, and improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Guidance: Offer direction, mentorship, and assistance to restaurant leaders and teams across various locations. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Supervise daily activities to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of all restaurant sites. Implement industry best practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Sales Growth and Profitability: Formulate and execute plans to meet sales objectives and boost profitability. Review financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a uniform and outstanding customer experience at all locations. Respond to customer feedback and implement necessary enhancements.
  5. Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture restaurant leaders and staff. Cultivate a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, professional development, and high performance.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and corporate policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold high standards.
  7. Marketing and Community Relations: Assist local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract new clientele.
  8. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory control, ordering, and supply chain processes to maintain sufficient stock levels and reduce waste.
  9. Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve operational challenges, employee issues, and customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding operational performance, sales, and key metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant leaders and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management capacity within the restaurant sector.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
