Position Overview: The District Manager at Leap Brands is tasked with overseeing the operational success, customer satisfaction, and financial performance of several restaurant outlets. This position demands a proactive leader who is hands-on, with exceptional organizational and communication capabilities. The District Manager collaborates closely with restaurant managers to ensure adherence to company standards, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Guidance: Offer leadership, direction, and support to restaurant managers and teams across various locations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Operational Management: Supervise daily operations to guarantee the efficient and effective running of all restaurant locations. Implement best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Sales Growth and Profitability: Formulate and execute strategies to meet sales objectives and boost profitability. Review financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a consistent and outstanding customer experience across all locations. Address customer feedback and initiate improvements as necessary.
  5. Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture restaurant managers and staff. Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, professional development, and high performance.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold high standards.
  7. Marketing and Community Relations: Assist in local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.
  8. Inventory and Supply Chain Oversight: Manage inventory control, ordering, and supply chain processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  9. Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, employee issues, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding operational performance, sales figures, and key metrics. Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant managers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management position within the restaurant sector.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
