Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person meetings to secure signed agreements with clients by demonstrating the advantages of our services
  • Utilize digital platforms to complete necessary buyer/listing documentation and promptly submit it to the administrative team
  • Accompany clients on property tours to assist them in finding their ideal home
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and progress reports
  • Draft and submit offers that are favorable to clients
  • Negotiate and present offers to clients with the goal of achieving optimal pricing and terms
  • Manage negotiations related to property inspections and due diligence
  • Review Closing Disclosure with clients to ensure clarity and understanding
  • Request referrals and encourage clients to share their experiences
  • Attend closings to facilitate the process and prepare for future transactions
Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position
  • The candidate must possess an active Real Estate License or have the ability to obtain one
  • A clean record with no standing complaints at TREC is essential
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and enthusiasm for the industry
  • Strong teamwork skills are necessary as this role involves collaboration within a close-knit organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Familiarity with TAR documents is considered a plus
  • The candidate should be open to coaching and eager to learn
  • Being a self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset is crucial
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
