Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve and surpass targeted tour flow and Average Per Guest (APG) through effective training, motivation, contests, and strategic scheduling.
  • Act as a Field Leader - inspire, train, supervise CMAs, and manage supply deliveries.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints effectively.
  • Assist the Manager with reporting and site updates.
  • Serve as the liaison for resort tour reception and sales/marketing.
  • Engage in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring CMAs.
  • Support the Manager in training new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Maintain attendance records.
  • Adhere to Human Resource and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills with prior supervisory experience.
  • Proven reliability, dependability, and effective follow-through.
  • Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles and 1 year in timeshare or vacation ownership experience required (CMP, OPC).
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance is necessary.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
