Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve and surpass targeted tour flow and Average Per Guest (APG) through effective training, motivation, contests, and strategic scheduling.
- Act as a Field Leader - inspire, train, supervise CMAs, and manage supply deliveries.
- Address guest concerns and complaints effectively.
- Assist the Manager with reporting and site updates.
- Serve as the liaison for resort tour reception and sales/marketing.
- Engage in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring CMAs.
- Support the Manager in training new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Adhere to Human Resource and company policies.
- Exceptional communication skills with prior supervisory experience.
- Proven reliability, dependability, and effective follow-through.
- Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles and 1 year in timeshare or vacation ownership experience required (CMP, OPC).
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Possession of a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance is necessary.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
