Position Overview:

  • In response to a surge in new customer inquiries from our marketing initiatives, we are expanding our Sales team and are in search of skilled and professional Client Relationship Executives to join our tele-sales division. While prior knowledge of coins is not mandatory, we highly value exceptional storytelling abilities, a magnetic personality, a willingness to learn, a strong drive for success, and the aptitude to navigate objections effectively.
  • Compensation & Incentives: $85K in the first year, comprising a $50K base salary plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives.
  • Approximately 60% of our Client Relationship Executives earn $100K or more.
  • About 30% achieve earnings of $150K or more.
  • Our top-performing Client Relationship Executive surpasses $500K annually.
  • Previous incentive rewards have included trips to exciting destinations, vehicles, and home renovations.

Job Duties:
  • Present customers with unique collectible coins, which includes sourcing specific coins for clients and negotiating payment terms to foster long-term, repeat sales relationships while achieving sales targets related to revenue, new account creation, call volume, and talk time. Maintain sales applications and software.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum requirement: high school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Preferably 1-2 years in an outbound sales environment.
  • Proficient in sales presentations and closing techniques.
  • Strong emphasis on ethics, trustworthiness, and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ confident and determined sales strategies.
  • Resilience and capability to handle rejection.
  • Persistence and perseverance are crucial.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor.
