Client Relations Specialist - Evening Shift

Role Overview

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and comprehensive administrative assistance to our clients and contracts. Success in this position requires a thorough understanding of contract parameters, internal protocols, and client systems, ensuring operations meet established standards.

Shift Details: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Work Environment: This position is onsite, with no remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee systems, manage incoming calls, create tickets in the ticketing system, and dispatch according to strict alarm handling protocols.
  • Generate daily reports to assist Property Management personnel in troubleshooting and validating alarm incidents.
  • Prepare and distribute service request work orders for vendor completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding training opportunities and departmental updates.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new hires and temporary staff on CMMS, customer service databases, email protocols, Live Chat, and Call Center operations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute general instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with typing skills of 45-50 WPM.
  • Capability to understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to ask clarifying questions for better comprehension.
